Grit Sports began as a UST SHS Entrepreneurship project, selling graham balls and rice meals to fund a booth. After senior high, two members continued the venture in college, partnering with teams like FEU Track & Field and the Mapua Cardinals Volleyball team.
Although operations were temporarily paused during the pandemic, the unwavering support and inquiries from clients inspired the revival of Grit Sports.

2024 & beyond
In early 2024, founders Alexis Buan and Diego Ilano—designers and former athletes—reimagined Grit Sports as a passionate design and print studio built on grit and creativity.
Balancing night shifts and side hustles, they turned their vision into reality. What began as custom jerseys grew into meaningful pieces that celebrate teamwork, milestones, and everyday wins.
With the continued support of our partners and clients, Grit Sports is moving forward with confidence—creating jerseys that inspire pride, unity, and lasting memories for every team we serve.
